Tortellini Bolognese


A true classic of dining tables throughout Italy, our tortellini bolognese are great for preparing a first course capable of delighting every palate.


Pasta dough: soft wheat flour, egg 13%, durum wheat semolina (gluten).

Filling: cooked pork 8% (pork, salt, natural flavoring), mortadella (pork, salt, dextrose, natural flavoring), prosciutto (pork thigh, salt), breadcrumbs (soft wheat, salt), water, grated cheese (milk, salt, whey, egg lysozyme), salt, nutmeg, pepper.
