Sweet potato ravioloni


Our traditional pasta dough sheet houses a soft filling made of ricotta cheese and sweet potato, creating ravioloni that are perfect to be served with your preferred sauce.


Pasta dough 50%: durum wheat semolina (gluten), pasteurized egg mixture (20% in semolina), water, gluten.

Filling 50%: rehydrated sweet potato flakes 74.59%, ricotta cheese (cow milk whey, cow milk, salt, acidity regulator: citric acid, pasteurized egg mixture, grated mixed cheeses (milk, salt, whey, egg lysozyme), breadcrumbs (type “0” soft wheat flour, yeast, salt), salt, nutmeg, pepper.

While product is still frozen, 4-5 minutes in boiling water.
