A soft sheet of pasta and a delicate filling with a variety of cheeses for an exquisitely balanced first course that can be served in just a few minutes after being cooked in boiling water.


Pasta dough 40%: durum wheat semolina (gluten), pasteurized egg mixture (20% in semolina), water, gluten.

Filling 60%: ricotta cheese 43.20% (cow milk whey, cow milk, salt acidity regulator: citric acid), spicy provolone 21.60& (raw milk, whey, salt), Pecorino Romano 10.80% (goat milk, salt, whey, egg lysozyme), breadcrumbs (type”0” soft wheat flour, yeast, salt), water, salt.
