Meat cannelloni


Our meat cannelloni is prepared by carefully following the rules of tradition. It all starts with the choice of each individual raw ingredient, selected to bring you a tasty first course after a very short time in the oven.


Pasta dough 35%: durum wheat semolina (wheat), soft wheat flour, pasteurized egg mixture, water, salt.

Filling 65%: cooked meat 40% (beef 77%, onion, carrot, extra virgin olive oil, sale, black pepper), mortadella 20% (pork, salt, sucrose, natural flavoring, antioxidant: E301, preservative: E250), ricotta cheese (cow milk whey, milk cream, salt, acidity regulator: citric acid), bechamel (water, powdered milk, modified starch, milk whey, dietary fiber, salt), breadcrumbs (type “0” soft wheat flour, water, salt, yeast), PDO Parmigiano Reggiano (milk, salt, animal whey), salt.
