Fagottini with prosciutto


Delicious fagottini, small pasta dumpling with a ricotta cheese and prosciutto filling make for a tasty and balanced dish that will satisfy even the most demanding palates.


Pasta dough 60%: durum wheat semolina (gluten), pasteurized egg mixture (20% in semolina), water, gluten.

Filling 40%: ricotta cheese (cow milk whey, cow milk, salt, acidity regulator: citric acid), prosciutto 37.33% (pork, salt, pepper, preservative: E252, E250), breadcrumbs (type “0” soft wheat flour, yeast, salt), water, salt.
