Black truffle ravioloni


After a quick bath in boiling water, our ravioloni with black truffle are ready to be served with a light sauce: an excellent and delicious dish that will satisfy the palates of those looking for a combination of strong flavors and tradition.


Pasta dough 50%: durum wheat semolina (gluten), pasteurized egg mixture (20% in semolina), water, gluten.

Filling 50%: ricotta cheese (cow milk whey, cow milk, salt, acidity regulator: citric acid), PDO Grana Padano (milk, salt, whey, egg lysozyme), sliced black truffle 7% (truffle, sunflower seed oil, flavoring), breadcrumbs (type “0” soft wheat flour, yeast, salt), truffle flavoring powder 0.35%, salt.
