Sweet potato ravioli


Our ravioli with sweet potato are a delicate first course that will suit any palate. They are ready in no time after being cooked in boiling hot water for a couple of minutes to offer you a delectable, light dish.


Pasta dough 60%: durum wheat semolina (gluten), pasteurized egg mixture (20% in semolina), water, gluten.

Filling 40%: rehydrated sweet potato flake 74.59%, ricotta cheese (cow milk whey, cow milk, salt, acidity regulator: citric acid), pasteurized egg mixture, grated mixed cheeses (milk, salt, whey, egg lysozyme), breadcrumbs (type “0” soft wheat flour, salt), salt, nutmeg, pepper.

While product is still frozen, 4-5 minutes in boiling water.
