Cannelloni with ricotta and spinach


Pasta and a delicious filling: our ricotta and spinach cannelloni are ready to be baked and served in just a few minutes. A great first course made with carefully selected raw ingredients and traditional flair.


Pasta dough 35%: durum wheat semolina (gluten), soft wheat flour, pasteurized egg mixture, water, salt.

Filling 65%: ricotta cheese 86% (cow milk whey, milk cream, salt, acidity regulator: citric acid), spinach 7%, PDO Grana Padano (milk, salt, animal whey, preservative: egg lysozyme), breadcrumbs (type “0” soft wheat flour, water, salt, yeast), salt.
